PartnerIT B2B meetings & FunraiseIT conference successfully finished!

 
On 15th and 16th of November, Outsourcing Center Serbia team and Serbian Business Angels Network organized PartnerIT B2B meetings & FunraiseIT conference. 
 
During PartnerIT B2B matchmaking event all the participants had the opportunity to meet and create new partnerships within 60 participating companies who applied with their profile on the official web portal http://partnerit.talkb2b.net/. There were near 130 meetings scheduled and held in the premises of Serbian Chamber of Commerce. 
 
After this dynamic B2B part, on the second day at the FundraiseIT conference, we had well-known business angels and serial investors from Silicon Valley and Western Europe communicating their experience and thoughts to the audience as speakers and participants on the conference. We also had the pleasure to hear representatives of the EBRD who explained their investing models to our companies. We heard some useful information from the founders and representatives of the Symbid.com and Gust.com platforms which are helping the entrepreneurs fundraising for their projects. In the live discussions near 200 participants had the opportunity to hear interesting and motivational personal stories, information about various investing models, success stories, experiences and valuable tips on how to succeed in entrepreneurial adventure. The event was enriched with presence of well-known investors such as: Jon Soberg (Managing Director at Blumberg Capital, Venture Investor and Serial Entrepreneur: Addepar, Any.DO, ChirpMe, Coverhound), Gerald Heydenreich (Serial entrepreneur and investor: Pippa&Jean, OmnisMundi, BuyVIP S.L.), Ari Korhonen (Serial investor: Seedcamp, Sky SQL, WOT Services…, EBAN vice president, Finnish Business Angel Network), Andreas Kemi (Serial investor and entrepreneur: tresorit.com, quinyx.com, ucmsgroup.com) and others. 
 
The whole program was completed with traditional SBAN investment evening where five of the most interesting IT projects from Serbia got the opportunity to pitch their idea in front of domestic and foreign investors, members of the Serbian Business Angels Network, board members of European Business Angels Network and our friends investors from Silicon Valley and all around Europe. 
 
At the end we want to thank our speakers, partners, sponsors and delegates for making this whole event a success. It was honor to host you all and to jointly build some new promising partnerships, networks and cooperation opportunities.
 
We will use this opportunity to invite you all on our next PartnerIT and FundraiseIT event scheduled for 28th and 29th of March 2013. The invitation will be sent when the time comes. Till the next gathering, we wish you lot of success in your business and personal life.
